Not everyone knows that an omelet in a slow cooker turns out to be incredibly lush and delicious. You can't cook this even in the oven, and we are not talking about a frying pan at all. Try it at least once and you probably won't go back to the old ways.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Milk (warm) – 100 ml
- Cream - 1 tbsp.l .
- Young zucchini - 150 g
- Flour - 1 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the young zucchini into small cubes.
Beat eggs lightly with milk, cream and salt.
Add flour and mix until smooth.
Add the zucchini and mix again.
Activate the "Baking" mode, lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with butter and pour in the prepared mixture.
Close the lid and cook for 15 minutes.
