Chicken meat (fillet is possible) cut into pieces. Peel the onion and also cut into pieces. Grind into minced meat using a blender or meat grinder.
In a bowl with minced meat, add salt, spices, or a pinch of aromatic herbs. Mix everything thoroughly.
Cover the baking sheet with foil and grease with oil. Form oval (or round) flat patties with wet hands. Put it on foil.
Cut the tomatoes into thin circles and put them on top of the cutlets.
Also put the grated cheese on top and send it to bake for 25 minutes in a hot oven at 180 degrees.
The finished dish can be served with vegetables, herbs or sauce. The side dish is optional, because the cutlets are already quite satisfying.
