Ingredients
- Blueberries - 1 kg
- Chia Seeds - 8 art.l.
- Stevia - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sugar substitute (erythritol) – 3 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Add a couple of tablespoons of water to the blueberries and boil for 5-7 minutes.
Add the chia seeds and all the sugar substitute and cook for another 10 minutes.
Roll the jam into sterile jars and store in the cold.
