Ingredients
- Apricots - 2 kg
- Sugar - 2.2 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the apricots and pass the fruits through a meat grinder. You can do it twice.
Add sugar and bring to a boil.
Boil the jam for about an hour on low heat until thick.
Roll it up in sterile jars.
