Ingredients

  • Tomatoes - 1 kg
  • Sugar - 250 g
  • Lemon juice - 50 ml
  • Ground cinnamon - 0,5 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
  • Salt - on the tip of the knife

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pass tomatoes through a meat grinder.

Wipe the resulting mass through a sieve.

Add sugar, salt, spices and simmer for 40 minutes.

Pour in the lemon juice, mix and close in the prepared jars.
