- Cherry Plum - 1 kg
- Sugar - 700 gr
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the fruits, remove the seeds. Pass the cherry plum through a meat grinder.
Add sugar, mix well and put to cook. Stir constantly so that the jam does not burn. Cook for at least 60 minutes.
Roll the finished jam into sterilized jars and store it in the pantry. You can eat with tea or as a filling in pies and bagels.
