Homemade ketchup is a delicious sauce without unnecessary additives, which can be given even to children. The beauty of this recipe is that ketchup is prepared without adding vinegar. Vegetarians and those who are on pp will definitely like it! To potatoes, pasta, meat and even pizza!

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, leave for 3-5 minutes, then peel and slice arbitrarily.

Peel the Bulgarian pepper from the seeds and stalks, cut into cubes. Chop the onion.

Beat the prepared vegetables with a blender until smooth.

Put the vegetable mass in a saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to a minimum and boil the sauce, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour.

Add salt, sugar, spices and spices, stir, bring to a boil again and boil for another 10 minutes.

Pour boiling ketchup into pre-sterilized small jars and seal tightly. Store the cooled ketchup in the refrigerator.
