I love to roll lecho into jars not only because it's delicious, but also because it's a very simple and quick recipe even for novice cooks. I share with you the most lazy treatment – you can't think of a simpler one. In winter, such jars will repeatedly help out.
Ingredients
- Bell pepper - 1.5 kg
- Tomatoes - 1.5 kg
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Salt - 0.5 tbsp.l .
- Vinegar - 1.5 art.l.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder, and chop the pepper. Chop the garlic.
Add sugar and salt to the vegetables, and simmer all together for 45 minutes on low heat.
A couple of minutes before the end, pour in the vinegar.
Roll up the lecho in sterilized jars.
