Boil water with sugar and boil the syrup for 5 minutes.
Add a small plum to it and boil for another 10 minutes.
Remove the workpiece from the heat and let it cool.
Bring the jam to a boil again, add the cinnamon and cook for another 15 minutes.
Add citric acid and roll the jam into sterilized jars.
