Although a small plum tastes no worse than a large one, it is much more difficult to work with it. And it's just there, because the bones are separated quite hard. But I already have a solution ready! This jam from a small plum with a stone is prepared as easily as possible and pleases the whole family.

Ingredients

  • Plums (small) – 1 kg
  • Water - 1 glass
  • Sugar - 800 g
  • Cinnamon - 1 wand
  • Citric acid - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil water with sugar and boil the syrup for 5 minutes.

Add a small plum to it and boil for another 10 minutes.

Remove the workpiece from the heat and let it cool.

Bring the jam to a boil again, add the cinnamon and cook for another 15 minutes.

Add citric acid and roll the jam into sterilized jars.
