Pickled chanterelles with vinegar for winter

At the height of the mushroom season, the harvest is sometimes impressive in scale. And we urgently need to decide what to do with it – dry, freeze or pickle. Today I will tell you how best to cook pickled chanterelles for the winter – with vinegar and spices.
Ingredients
- Chanterelles - 600 g
- Water - 500 ml
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick chanterelles and boil for 15 minutes in boiling water.
Flip them into a colander.
Boil 500 ml of water with sugar, salt and spices.
Pour in the vinegar, lower the chanterelles into the boiling marinade and boil for another 15 minutes.
Roll them up in sterile jars.
