Wash the tomatoes, dry them slightly. Pass the fruits intended for juicing through a juicer, having previously removed the middles.
Pour the tomato juice into a cooking bowl, add salt, both types of pepper and cloves, bring to a boil and boil over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, not forgetting to remove the foam.
Peel the garlic and chop it coarsely. Wash the tomatoes of the “Cream" variety, cut out the middle with a sharp knife. If the fruits are large, cut them in half or into 4 parts.
Put garlic in prepared sterile jars at the bottom. Fill the jars with tomatoes “up to the neck”.
Fill the jars with tomatoes to the top with boiling water, cover with sterile lids and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Then drain the water and pour the tomatoes in jars with boiling tomato juice. Roll up the jars, turn them upside down, wrap them up and leave them to cool completely. Store the workpiece in a cool, dark place in winter.
