- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Bell pepper - 2 kg
- Sugar - 200 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Vinegar - 50 ml
- Bay leaf - 4 pieces
- Black Pepper - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pass tomatoes with peel through a meat grinder. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
Cut the pepper into strips and send it to the tomato.
Add butter, sugar, salt and spices.
Simmer the lecho for another 20 minutes and pour in the vinegar.
Roll the workpiece into sterilized jars.
