- Bay leaf - 4 pieces
- Currant leaves - 4 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut tomatoes into slices and put them in sterile jars with leaves, pepper and garlic cloves.
Boil water with sugar and salt, pour tomatoes and leave for 10 minutes under the lid.
Drain the brine, boil it again, add vinegar and pour tomatoes again.
Roll up the jars with lids.
