Ingredients
- Watermelon rind - 1 kg
- Grainy mustard - 1 tsp.
- Allspice - 6 peas
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l .
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Water - 1 l
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 2.5 tbsp.l.
- Vinegar - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the watermelon rind, slice and boil until soft for about 15 minutes.
Add all the other ingredients to the water and boil.
Put the crusts in the marinade and boil for another 5-7 minutes.
Roll the blank into sterile jars.
