Ingredients

  • Quince - 1 kg
  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Water - 100 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel and slice the quince. Add water and sugar.

Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.

Allow the workpiece to cool completely and cook for another 5 minutes.

Repeat the previous step.

After the last cooking, roll the jam into sterile jars.
