When you want something exotic, it comes to the rescue – mango jam. And if you also need something useful and as low–calorie as possible - you can cook it without sugar. But be sure to choose ripe sweet fruits.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the mango into cubes. Add the zest, lemon juice and water.
Bring everything to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes under the lid on low heat.
Chop the jam with a blender or mash it.
Boil it for another 15 minutes and pour it into a sterile jar.
