If simple canned tomatoes are already a little tired, I recommend marinating them with something else for a change. For example, such a recipe with prunes impresses not only with its original taste, but also with a bright aroma.

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes - 200 g
  • Prunes - 150 g
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Vinegar - 1.5 tbsp.l .
  • Parsley - 2 twigs
  • Water - 1 glass
  • Black Pepper - 10 peas
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Rinse all the ingredients and put the tomatoes, prunes, parsley and garlic in a sterile jar.

Add pepper, pour boiling water and leave for 15 minutes.

Drain this water and boil it again with salt. Add vinegar.

Pour the tomatoes again and roll up the jar.
