Everyone in our family loves lagman. Accordingly, I have a lot of recipes for this delicious soup. Today I want to tell you how to cook lagman with beef, vegetables and mushrooms. In addition to standard products, soy sauce and chili will be needed.
Ingredients
- Beef - 500 g
- Noodles - 300 g
- Mushrooms - 250 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes (medium) – 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Chili sauce - 1 tbsp.l.
- Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Black Pepper - 4 peas
- Hops-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Water (filtered) – 1,2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop beef, prepared mushrooms and vegetables.
In a deep cauldron, heat the oil, pour in the beef and fry until golden brown.
Add onion, mushrooms, chili sauce, spices and continue cooking for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add Bulgarian pepper, tomatoes, squeeze garlic through a press. Fry everything together for 15 minutes.
Pour in hot water and simmer for 50 minutes under the lid.
Add soy sauce, salt and turn off the heat.
Separately boil the noodles until tender, flip them into a colander and rinse with cold water.
Arrange noodles on plates, add thick soup with meat and mushrooms.
