Lovers of homemade jam will appreciate this recipe. A little sour rhubarb jam is easy and quick enough to cook. You can supplement it by adding cinnamon, orange or lemon.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
To make jam, take rhubarb stalks. Rinse them well and remove the top hard layer.
Cut the rhubarb into pieces and cover with sugar. Let stand for 20 minutes.
Put the rhubarb jam on low heat and bring to a boil. Cook for 20 minutes, then remove from the heat and let stand for an hour. Repeat three times.
At the end, beat the mass with a blender, boil and pour into jars. I use 200 gram cans. Roll up and store in a cool place.
