Korean cucumber salad with carrots for winter without sterilization

Moderately spicy, fragrant and very tasty snack! Prepare a salad of cucumbers in Korean with carrots for the winter and you will have something to open for the main dish. Adjust the degree of sharpness with the amount of hot pepper and garlic.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 1 kg
- Carrots - 1 kg
- Garlic - 50 g
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Vegetable oil - 120 ml
- Apple cider vinegar - 100 ml
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the hot pepper, peel the seeds and chop.
Chop cucumbers and garlic peeled from the husk.
Grate the carrots on a special grater.
Add sugar, spices and hot oil. Stir, cover and leave for 30-40 minutes.
Add cucumbers, hot pepper, garlic and salt.
Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in the vinegar, stir and immediately remove from the heat.
Put the hot salad in clean, dry jars, roll it up and leave it warm for a day.
