One of the best combinations of vegetables for winter preservation is squash, tomatoes and peppers. This recipe is easy to prepare and is perfect both for decorating a festive table and for everyday dinner. The billet will remain in the jars for a long time.
Ingredients
- Patisson - 1 kg
- Tomatoes (small) – 600 g
- Bell pepper - 500 g
- Carnation - 4 buds
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tbsp.l.
- Water - 1 l
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l.
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly chop all the vegetables. Tomatoes are better left whole.
Arrange in sterile jars and add garlic, herbs and spices.
Pour boiling water and leave for 20 minutes under the lids.
Drain this water and re-boil it with salt, sugar and vinegar.
Pour in the vegetables and roll them up for the winter.
