If you are the same connoisseur of tiramisu as I am, be sure to cook it according to this recipe. A delicate dessert with a slight sourness and an amazing lemon flavor is simply maddening! If desired, you can add a little cognac to the sugar syrup.

- Savoyardi Cookies - 250 g
- Lemon juice - 100 ml
- Lemon zest - 1 tsp.
- Mascarpone - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 100 g
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
- Water - 250 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix water with sugar, bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, cool and add lemon juice. The syrup is ready.
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks.
Whisk the whites to sharp peaks, rub the yolks with powdered sugar until white.
Add mascarpone to the yolks and beat everything well again.
Add the whipped whites in small portions, add the zest and mix again.
Dip each cookie in syrup for a few seconds.
Smear the bottom of the plate with a small amount of cream.
Put the cookies in one row and add the cream again. Repeat the procedure until the blanks run out.
Brush the top with a thick layer of cream and smooth it out. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
