There are a million ways to make cheesecake. Ingredients, technology, processes and time differ. But at home, you usually want something simpler and clearer. This homemade cheesecake in the oven is exactly like that!
Ingredients
- Cookies (sand) – 190 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Cottage cheese (bold) – 500 g
- Cream (from 30%) – 150 ml
- Sugar - 175 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies in a blender and mix with melted butter. Put the mass on the bottom of the mold.
Whisk cottage cheese, cream, sugar and vanilla in a blender.
Add the eggs and whisk again. Put the filling on a layer of cookies.
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and put a container of hot water on the bottom.
Send the cheesecake to bake for an hour and a half. It should not shake if it is shaken slightly. And the toothpick should stay dry.
Cool it at room temperature.
