Ingredients
- Pistachios (cleared) – 100 g
- Savoyardi Cookies - 400 g
- Mascarpone - 450 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Powdered sugar - 4 art.l.
- Flavor (pistachio) – 1 drop
- Rum - 2 art.l.
- Cocoa - 1 art.l.
- Coffee (espresso) – 150 ml
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the eggs, separate the whites and yolks.
Whisk the whites with salt until fluffy peaks.
Separately whisk the yolks with powdered sugar.
Mix mascarpone, whipped yolks, protein mass and flavor.
In a wide cup, mix strong coffee and rum.
Lightly dry the pistachios in a frying pan, chop and mix with cocoa.
Put a little cream on the bottom of the prepared mold.
Dip Savoyardi cookies in fragrant coffee and put in one layer.
Pour cream generously on top.
Dip the cookies in coffee again, lay out the next layer and smear with cream. Repeat the steps until you run out of cookies.
Smear the remnants of the cream on top and sprinkle thickly with a piece of pistachios. Put the tiramisu in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
