One day, Austrian pastry chef Franz Sacher made a chocolate cake according to a new recipe. Soon the dessert became popular all over the world and many interesting variations appeared. Some fans even cook PP Sacher cake. We will talk about it today.
Ingredients
- Rice flour - 160 g
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l .
- Cocoa - 2 tbsp.l.
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Jam (apricot) – 150 g
- Cocoa - 3 art.l.
- Stevia - 1 tsp.
- Coconut oil - 50 g
- Coconut milk - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve.
Add honey, salt, soda, cocoa, rice flour and mix.
Intensively stirring the mass, add all the eggs one by one. The dough should be homogeneous and thick.
Pour the dough into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees. I recommend checking readiness with a wooden skewer.
Cool the cake in the mold, take it out and cut it across into two identical parts.
Melt coconut oil in a water bath.
Add coconut milk, cocoa, stevia and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. The glaze should thicken well.
Put the cake on a wide dish and smear with apricot jam.
Cover with a second cake and generously pour over the chocolate glaze. Put the finished PP Sacher cake in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
