If there are no eggs or for some reason you do not want to use them in the recipe, prepare gelatin ice cream. It freezes perfectly and always turns out delicious. If desired, add a little berry puree, citrus peel or food coloring.
Ingredients
- Cream (33% fat content) – 1 l
- Condensed milk - 400 g
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Gelatin - 20 g
- Water - 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the gelatin in cold water and put it aside for 10 minutes.
Mix the cooled cream, vanilla, condensed milk and sugar. Beat with a mixer for 3-5 minutes.
Warm up the gelatin billet in a water bath.
Pour a thin stream into the main mass, continuously beating with a mixer.
Put it in a prepared container and put it in the freezer for 5-6 hours.
