- Grapes - 500 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick the grapes from the twigs, add a couple of tablespoons of water and boil until soft.
Rub the mass through a sieve. Add sweetener or sugar as desired.
Boil the puree for 5-10 minutes on low heat.
Pour the mass onto the drying trays or onto a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Dry in a dryer at 50 degrees or in a slightly open oven at a minimum temperature of about 6 hours.
Cut the pastille into ribbons and roll it up.
