Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the sea buckthorn, pour boiling water and leave under the lid for 15 minutes.
Drain the water, rub the soft berries through a sieve.
Mix the resulting puree with sugar and anise.
Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Pour the blank onto the bottom of the lined baking sheet and smooth it out. Make sure that the layer thickness is within 0.5-1 cm.
Dry for 8 hours in the oven at 70 degrees. I recommend keeping the door ajar.
Separate the sea buckthorn pastille from the paper and roll it up.
