Ingredients
- Cookies (sand) – 120 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Sugar - 1.5 tbsp.l .
- Cream cheese - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sour cream (bold) – 160 g
- Sugar - 150 g
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Cherry (pitted) – 450 g
- Sugar - 5 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Corn Starch - 1 tbsp.l.
- Water - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies into crumbs, mix with sugar, salt and melted butter.
Wrap the form with foil. Lay out the cookie base and form the sides.
Put the base in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Beat all the ingredients for the filling with a mixer and pour it on the cooled base.
Put the mold in a tray with water and send the cheesecake to the oven at 160 degrees for 75 minutes.
Let it cool for an hour in the oven turned off slightly open. Then - on the table, and then another 4-5 hours in the refrigerator under the film.
Mix the cherries, sugar and lemon juice. Leave it on for 15 minutes.
Mix the starch with water, add to the cherries and mix.
Bring to a boil, boil for 2-3 minutes and cool the sauce.
Pour it on the cheesecake.
