I will say right away — the dessert is designed for lovers of cheese with mold. If you like its specific flavor, then feel free to cook cheese marshmallows. It is impossible to treat children with such a dessert, because wine is used as a liquid base.
Ingredients
- Egg whites - 2 pieces
- Applesauce - 120 g
- Cheese Dor Blue - 50 g
- Wine (white) – 120 ml
- Agar-agar - 8 g
- Sugar - 320 g
- Citric acid - on the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the cooled proteins with applesauce, citric acid and 100 g of sugar.
In a small saucepan, mix the hot wine, agar-agar and the remaining sugar. Boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Without stopping the mixer, pour the hot syrup into the main blank. Whisk everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
Mix the resulting mass with finely chopped cheese.
Put it in a pastry bag, put on a special nozzle and put the marshmallows on the covered surface. Dry for 24 hours at room temperature.
Separate the marshmallow cheese and combine in pairs.
