- Squid - 2 carcasses
- Milk - 100 ml
- Flour - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Breadcrumbs - 100 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the squid into rings of medium thickness.
Whisk together a homogeneous batter of eggs, milk, flour and spices. Mix the crackers and flax seeds separately.
Dip the squid in the batter, and then roll it in breadcrumbs.
Deep fry for about 2-3 minutes until beautifully colored.
