Step-by-step cooking recipe
You can always make croissants yourself, but I save time and buy ready-made ones in the store.
Cut the fish into slices. Rinse the lettuce leaves and dry. Cut the cucumber into slices or strips.
Cut the croissants in half, but not completely, so that a pocket is formed.
Spread the croissants with cream cheese, put the fish, cucumbers and lettuce on top. Serve it to the table or take it with you on the road as a healthy and satisfying snack.
