Ingredients
- Fish (fillet) – 200 g
- Champignons - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Cheese - 60 g
- Breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp.l.
- Milk - 3 art.l.
- Butter - 40 g
- Cream - 200 ml
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Flour - 2 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the cheese and mix with breadcrumbs.
Cut the fish into pieces.
Finely chop the mushrooms and onions.
Fry the onion in a mixture of two oils, add the mushrooms and fry until the moisture evaporates.
In a dry frying pan, fry the flour until golden. Pour in the milk and cream, and mix.
Put the fish in there and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and spices, stir and cook for another 2 minutes.
Put in molds, sprinkle Julienne cheese and send it to the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
