Another recipe for lovers of Japanese cuisine. Delicious rolls with mussels can be prepared in different ways. I fried seafood in butter with sauce. You can simplify your task and buy ready-made pickled mussels.
Ingredients
- Round rice (boiled) – 250 g
- Mussels (frozen) – 200 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
- Butter - 60 g
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Nori - 2 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Melt the butter in a frying pan, pour in the frozen mussels and fry for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add soy sauce, ground pepper, salt and turn off the heat after 2 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished mussels with lemon juice.
Spread the sushi mat on the table, place a nori leaf on top and lay out a layer of rice.
Place the cooled mussels on the wide edge of the strip.
Roll up a tight roll, helping yourself with a bamboo mat.
Cut the finished roll into small pieces and put it on a plate.
