- Lavash - 1 sheet
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Cheese - 100 g
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
If you use wild mushrooms, first boil them for 20 minutes in boiling water.
Finely chop the onion, carrot and mushrooms, and fry everything together until tender.
Boil hard-boiled eggs and peel.
Put everything through a meat grinder and add chopped herbs and grated cheese.
Fill the mass with mayonnaise and put it on the pita bread.
Roll up a tight roll, wrap it in cling film and leave it in the refrigerator for an hour, and then cut it.
