- Carrots - 800 g
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Onion (medium) – 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Ground red pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots on a special grater.
Add salt, ground pepper and mix well.
Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop it.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Pour the hot oil into the carrots, straining through a strainer. Onion slices should not get into the snack.
Add vinegar, garlic passed through the press and mix again.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
