Fresh and hearty salad in Asian style. I advise you to use nut arugula. It will give a slight bitterness and perfectly emphasize the delicate aroma of funchosa. Minced meat is suitable for any: chicken, pork, beef, fish or a mixture of several.
Ingredients
- Funchosa - 250 g
- Minced meat - 150 g
- Radish - 100 g
- Arugula - 50 g
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Rice vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp.
- Ground ginger - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the funchosa with boiling water for 5 minutes.
Flip into a colander and rinse with cold water.
Fry minced meat in vegetable oil until tender.
Tear the arugula with your hands, cut the radish.
Mix the funchosa, fried minced meat, radish and arugula.
In a separate container, mix rice vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, ground ginger, salt and garlic passed through a press.
Pour the resulting dressing into the salad and mix.
