I propose today to move away from traditional Slavic dishes and prepare this exotic salad. It is light, nutritious and delicious. Do not be afraid of a large number of ingredients, everything is prepared simply and relatively quickly.
Ingredients
- Funchosa - 250 g
- Squid (boiled) – 2 carcasses
- Peking cabbage - 150 g
- Carrots - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Ginger - 10 g
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 1 art.l.
- Rice vinegar - 30 ml
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Fish sauce - 1 art.l.
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the funchosa with boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
Flip into a colander and rinse under running water.
Chop the squid, Peking cabbage and peeled onion.
Grate the carrots on a special grater.
Peel the ginger and grate it on a fine grater.
Mix the funchosa, squid, onion, carrot, ginger and cabbage.
Separately mix soy and fish sauces, rice vinegar, oil and ground coriander.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Pour the dressing into the salad, mix and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
