Many loved the classic combination of tender chicken fillet and juicy pineapple. Serve this salad on the table and the guests will be absolutely delighted. You can cook it in different ways. I offer a very simple and quick recipe!
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 300 g
- Pineapple (canned) – 150 g
- Corn (canned) – 1 bank
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Iceberg lettuce (for decoration) – 3 leaves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes.
Take the canned pineapple out of the jar and chop it.
Put the corn in a colander, rinse and leave to drain for 2-3 minutes.
Mix chicken fillet, corn, pineapples, salt and mayonnaise.
Put the salad on a plate with a slide and decorate with pieces of salad leaves.
