Ingredients
- Carrots - 3 pieces
- Zucchini - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Daikon - 1 piece
- Mussels (pickled) – 300 g
- String beans - 180 g
- Celery - 1 stem
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Sesame - 3 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Apple cider vinegar - 3 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings (for Korean carrots) – 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the string beans for 3-4 minutes in boiling water.
Grate carrots, zucchini and daikon on a Korean grater, thinly slice the pepper.
Chop garlic and celery, add sesame seeds and mussels.
Add the spices oil, vinegar and spices, and let the salad brew for at least an hour and a half.
