Ingredients
- Beans (boiled) – 100 g
- Corn - 150 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Shrimp - 200 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the peeled shrimp for just a couple of minutes, season and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Finely chop the avocado, pepper, tomato, onion and chili.
Add the beans and corn, season everything with olive oil.
Put the shrimp on top.
