Canned pineapples are often used in salads, including with crab sticks. And what about the dried ones? We also add more familiar dried fruits, chips and crackers to snacks. So why not experiment!
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 350 g
- Peking cabbage - 1 head
- Cheese - 150 g
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Pineapple (dried) – 100 g
- Yogurt - 4 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the Peking cabbage and slice the cucumbers.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and divide the crab sticks into fibers.
Season the salad with yogurt and add slices of dried pineapple.
