If you just have a jar of pickled mushrooms, it is very easy to make a simple salad snack from it. Add onions, herbs and spices to taste – and the dish is ready in just five minutes, or even less.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms (pickled) – 400 g
- Purple onion - 2 pieces
- Parsley - 1 bundle
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the onion into feathers and chop the parsley.
Add the pickled mushrooms, mix the salad and season to taste.
