The most delicious is obtained from young beets, but you can use any. The main thing is that the vegetable is sweet and juicy. The salad should be spicy, so add a lot of red pepper and garlic. Lemon juice can be replaced with vinegar.

- Beetroot - 400 g
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Prunes (without a bone) – 50 g
- Lemon juice - 3 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground red pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the beetroot and grate it.
Fill the prunes with hot water for 10 minutes.
Drain the water, dry the prunes with a paper towel and finely chop.
Dry the walnuts in a frying pan and chop them in a blender.
Mix beets, prunes, nuts and garlic passed through a press.
Season with salt and pepper, add olive oil, lemon juice and mix.
