Usually fruit salads are seasoned with cream, yogurt and honey. But there is another great option — ice cream. A ball of cold delicacy will give the dish the desired sweetness and make it even tastier. Don't forget that ice cream melts quickly!
Ingredients
- Melon - 200 g
- Peaches - 1 piece
- Grapefruit (medium) – 1 piece
- Kiwi - 2 pieces
- Raspberry - handful
- Blackberries - half a glass
- Grapes (without a bone) – handful
- Gooseberry - handful
- Ice cream - 4 balls
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the grapefruit, white films and cut.
Wash the grapes, dry them and cut them in half.
Peel peaches, melon, kiwi and cut into pieces of the same size as the halves of grapes.
Wash the blackberries, raspberries, gooseberries and put them on a paper towel to dry.
Mix fruits and berries, put them in bowls or glasses.
Add one scoop of ice cream to each glass.
