Today I will tell you a wonderful recipe for pilaf with turkey and pickles. You can cook in a saucepan or directly in a frying pan, where roasting takes place. If you choose the second option, use a deep dish of the appropriate size.
Ingredients
- Turkey Breast - 500 g
- Fig - 2 glasses
- Cucumbers (salty) – 2 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.l.
- Zira - 0,5 tsp.
- Black Pepper - 3 peas
- Salt - to taste
- Green onion (for submission) – 3 of the stem
- Water (purified) – 3 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the turkey, dry it with a paper towel and cut it into small pieces.
Cut carrots, pickles, green onions and peeled onions.
In a preheated frying pan with oil, fry the onion and carrot until golden brown.
Add turkey, pickles, cumin, black pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
Transfer the roast to a saucepan, add the washed rice, water and salt. Cover with a lid and cook for half an hour on low heat.
Leave the finished pilaf under the lid for 20 minutes. Serve generously sprinkled with green onions.
