If you love fish, you probably know how easy and pleasant it is to bake it in the oven. I really like to do it in foil, and immediately with vegetables and herbs. For this recipe, pollock or other white fish of the same plan is ideal. For example, hake, tilapia or cod. I don't wrap the foil completely, but I make something like a container boat.
Ingredients
- Pollock - 600 g
- Bell pepper - 3 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Celery - 1 stem
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Greenery - 6 twigs
- Italian herbs - 2 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the pollock pieces with spices and put them in a foil boat.
In the same place, coarsely chop all the vegetables and chop the greens.
Sprinkle everything with lemon juice and sprinkle with dry herbs.
Bake the pollock in the oven for 25 minutes at 190 degrees.
