Ingredients
- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Butter - 50 g
- Cream - 50 ml
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Corn - 150 g
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Cheese - 80 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes and mash them in mashed potatoes with butter and cream.
Chop all the vegetables. Chop the garlic and chilli.
Fry the minced meat with onions until almost ready. Add chili and bell pepper and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Add corn, tomatoes and garlic, and simmer under the lid for 7 minutes. Season it.
Put the potatoes in the mold, and minced meat on it. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put the casserole in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
