Marinades for kebabs can be different. They are often cooked with onions, various sauces, dairy products and juices. I liked the recipe for pork kebab on kefir and mineral water. The meat was quickly pickled, turned out juicy and soft.
Ingredients
- Pork - 2 kg
- Kefir - 400 ml
- Mineral water - 400 ml
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt (without slide) – 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pork into small pieces and put it in a bowl.
Add salt, sugar, spices and mix well, kneading each piece with your hands. Cover with cling film and set aside for half an hour.
Pour kefir and mineral water into a bowl, mix again and refrigerate for 6 hours.
Put the meat on skewers and fry on the grill for 20 minutes, turning it over often.
