Can we cook pork ribs in the oven today? Add a little hot pepper and our dish will become spicy. Mashed potatoes, pasta, porridge, fresh or boiled vegetables are suitable as a side dish.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 1,5 kg
- Hot red pepper - 2 pod
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tbsp.l .
- Salt (large) – 1 tbsp.l .
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Thyme (for submission) – 2 twigs
- Adjika (for submission) – 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the ribs, dry them with paper towels, remove the films and excess fat.
Cut one pod of hot pepper, peel the seeds and grind in a blender.
Add salt, olive oil and a mixture of peppers ground in a mortar.
Generously lubricate the ribs with the resulting mixture and leave to marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, place the ribs on a baking sheet covered with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and continue cooking for another 20 minutes.
Cut the ribs and put them on a board. Serve with adjika, thyme and a second pod of hot pepper.
